Encore Steel, Inc. is a structural steel fabricator in Phoenix, AZ and we are currently seeking an experienced Construction Contract Administrator to join our team. We are family atmosphere and looking for someone who is looking for a great opportunity.
- Client contract review
- AIA Billings
- Issuing Subcontract agreements & purchase orders to subcontractors/vendors
- Change order processing
- Subcontractor pay applications
- Prelien notices and lien wavers
- Insurance certs for GC's
- Prequalification packages
- Close out documents and warranties
- Provide backup support for front office personnel (a/p and reception)
- Other duties that become necessary
- Three years minimum with current experience in a construction office setting performing the above mentioned duties
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong attention to detail

- Seeking growth potential in a growing company
- Software experience include
- Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Quickbooks (limited requirements on Quickbooks needed)
